Lately I've felt as if my life is in an unorganized jumble. One minute I'm on a workout kick and the next I'm obsessed with fashion and beauty. Honestly, I think I've been so worried about keeping up with everyone else instead of just doing me. I figured I would begin a space where I could post outfits I wear and enjoy, recipes that are delicious, and general things I do on a daily basis... in other words, I'll post my life. One Week "Cleanse" Challenge


So I know that it is important to fuel your body with carbs, protein, fruits, veggies, etc. But if you didn't know this, it is actually good to cleanse your body of toxins every once and a while. You can do so by only eating fruits and vegetables. I know their are some people out there who will not agree with this so called "cleanse", but I have personally done it and it helped my body before. For the next seven days starting tomorrow, I am going to challenge myself by attempting to eat only fruits and vegetables. Here are my personal rules to the challenge:

- ONLY eat fruits and vegetables
- May drink Naked Juice
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day
- Drink green tea every night
- NO SWEETS
- Work out ATLEAST once a day for 30+ minutes

If you looked at my previous Challenge, some rules are the same. If anyone is interested in trying this challenge with me, message me on Tone It Up! Please no negative comments about my choice to do this. It is a temporary plan to cleanse my body and hopefully will get my tastebuds to stop craving the taste of sweets!

I work at a bakery and will be working four times this week. I am hoping planning this out for myself will prevent me from eating sweets and snacking on unhealthy foods. Thanks for reading! Since I am beginning tomorrow, my update post will most likely be up next Sunday. Thanks for reading!
