Lately I've felt as if my life is in an unorganized jumble. One minute I'm on a workout kick and the next I'm obsessed with fashion and beauty. Honestly, I think I've been so worried about keeping up with everyone else instead of just doing me. I figured I would begin a space where I could post outfits I wear and enjoy, recipes that are delicious, and general things I do on a daily basis... in other words, I'll post my life. Workout Schedule for the Week!

So that last little post just didn't work out. I could not exclude everything but fruits and veggies from my diet! I'm a teenager that gives in to cravings. Anyways, here's to a fresh start. I have created a plan for the next five days until I go out of town Friday night. I am going to visit my boyfriend so I want to be looking good and feeling good :) You could say this is my own little version of the 5 day slim down. I will be using workouts from the #friskyfall weekly schedule and some other workouts from Karena & Katrina's YouTube channel! Feel free to join me this week for a healthy lifestyle crack down :)


September 22-27 Daily Schedule!
Things to Remember:
  • 3 water bottles a day
  • 1 minute plank when you wake up/go to bed
  • Green tea at night!

Monday
Booty Call: 30 minutes elliptical and 3x Slim and Toned Arms
Work
Workout: Gym Class

Tuesday *NO EARLY WAKEUP*
Booty Call: Gym Class
Workout: 45 minutes elliptical with frisky fall routine x4 

Wednesday
Booty Call: 30 minutes elliptical and 3x Detention Workout
Work
Workout: Gym Class

Thursday
Booty Call: 30 minutes elliptical and Saved By the Bell Part 1 and 2
Work
Workout: Gym Class, 1 hour core power yoga class

Friday
Booty Call: 45 minutes elliptical and Triathalon Toned x1
Workout: 30-60 minute walk/jog

Keep in mind that I do go to school and will be in a 45 minute Aerobics gym class every day. You can see on my schedule that on days when I am busier *AKA days that I work after school* I used gym class as a work out.

I hope to remain healthy in my eating habits these next few days, too! Thank goodness for Tone It Up. SO excited for this week!

*Sidenote: I made some healthy peanut butter dark chocolate cookie balls today. They were delicious!! Let me know if you would like the recipe. *
